What you will do

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Oversee financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and compliance.
• Manage investor relations, fundraising, and capital structuring.
• Lead budgeting, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.
• Build and develop a high-performing global finance team.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London or able to work on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; advanced qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in finance with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in high-growth technology, fintech, SaaS, or marketplace companies.
• Strong financial planning, modelling, and investor relations skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
