What you will do
- Map and optimize the entire revenue funnel from lead to expansion.
- Identify bottlenecks, propose and implement improvements.
- Manage and optimize CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
- Build dashboards to provide clear insights for quick decisions.
- Collaborate with teams to align revenue strategy.
- Experiment with pricing, upsells, and new processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in RevOps or Commercial Operations, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- Proficiency with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and marketing automation/BI tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong KPI and dashboard skills.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics: MRR, CAC, LTV, churn.
- English proficiency for documentation and tools.
