What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of critical, large-scale solution engagements.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, and revenue recognition.
  • Act as the primary interface for clients, managing scope, schedule, and expectations.
  • Identify and convert new service opportunities to grow the business pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Champion change management processes to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant IT industry experience, preferably in Contact Centre, Telecommunications, or CRM.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in IT project management, including budgeting for complex solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Contact Centre market and AI trends.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the Iberia region (<25%).

Nice to have

  • Project Management Certification (e.g., Prince2, PMI PMP).
  • Experience with Cloud and AI solutions.

  • Proficiency in Portuguese.
