Senior Professional Services Project Manager (AI)

Location: Madrid, Spain, with a hybrid working model. Occasional travel within the Iberia region, under 25%.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of critical, large, and complex Professional Services engagements.
• Manage project schedules, scope, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and customer expectations.
• Track project profitability, forecasting, revenue recognition, and service bookings.
• Drive change management and ensure projects remain aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Professional Services leadership.
• Identify opportunities, build pipeline, present proposals, and support services sales cycles through closing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant IT industry experience, preferably in Contact Centre, Telecommunications, or CRM.
• Demonstrated IT project management experience, including budgeting for complex solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of the Contact Centre market, AI trends, computer architecture, project management methodologies, and Professional Services.
• Fluent English and Spanish, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools; willingness to travel occasionally within Iberia.

• Project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMI PMP.
• Experience with Cloud and AI solutions.
