Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Lead the onboarding process for Premium and Pro customers from signup to launch.
- Develop and execute tailored rollout plans using project management methodologies.
- Conduct consultative conversations to gather requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Configure customer accounts and provide technical support for integrations and APIs.
- Coordinate and lead training sessions for executive stakeholders and company-wide users.
- Monitor post-implementation booking behavior to validate account satisfaction and offer proactive support.
Requirements
- English fluency is essential.
- 1+ years of experience in Implementation, Sales, Customer Care, or Project Management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Basic technical understanding of integrations and open APIs.
- Strong persuasive communication and customer-centric mindset.
- Must be based within commuting distance of the Barcelona hub.
