What you will do

  • Contact, qualify, and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to assess fit and readiness.
  • Develop and execute personalized follow-up sequences via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and prepare sales meetings for qualified leads, ensuring smooth handoff to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze conversion rates to meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion.

Requirements

  • English: required for international growth.
  • High level of Spanish is mandatory.
  • Experience in SDR or B2B sales roles, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Ability to handle high-volume contacts and prioritize valuable leads.
  • Proficiency with Sales Engagement and CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
