What you will do

  • Manage inbound lead flow to ensure rapid qualification and conversion into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and align them with hirify.global Cloud solutions to drive pipeline growth.
  • Engage prospects through consultative conversations to uncover business challenges and decision drivers.
  • Deliver high-level product demonstrations that communicate platform value and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to transition qualified opportunities and maintain pipeline momentum.
  • Apply structured prospecting techniques to expand engagement within target accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience through military service.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Raleigh/Durham, NC, USA.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professional audiences.
  • Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice to have

  • Internship or early experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
  • Exposure to SaaS, cloud platforms, or customer experience technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools.
