What you will do

• Diagnose marketing, sales, and customer success states for clients and design RevOps roadmaps including processes, funnels, KPIs, and metrics.
• Lead client projects in a fractional mode, coordinating with client teams and RevOps specialists.
• Translate strategy into technical requirements and ensure proper implementation in CRMs and automations.
• Define KPIs, prepare impact-focused reports, and propose continuous improvements based on data.
• Support change management by helping client teams adopt new tools and processes.

Requirements

• +3 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho tools.
• Background in consulting, digital transformation, or commercial management.
• Ability to lead projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
• Intermediate or higher English (desirable).
