What you will do

• Provide strategic design leadership aligned with company mission and product goals.
• Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing product design team.
• Champion design excellence, accessibility, and simplicity across platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leadership to shape roadmaps and user journeys.
• Elevate design systems and operational processes for consistency and scalability.
• Represent design in company-wide initiatives and external engagements.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of product design experience and leadership in managing design teams.
• Experience designing and shipping mobile-first consumer products at scale.
• Strong product judgment, strategic thinking, and data-informed design decision skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing designers at all levels.
• Experience or strong interest in crypto and decentralized ecosystems.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of design systems, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with user research, analytics, and experimentation.
