Product Manager (AI)

Location: United States; fully remote with approximately 5% travel. Ability to work East Coast hours required.

Salary: $101,000–$110,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive the product vision, roadmap, and evolution of the Review Intake and provider portal offerings.
• Use competitive analysis, user research, and usage data to streamline provider workflows and improve the speed, cost, and quality of care.
• Partner with design, analytics, operations, engineering, client success, and other stakeholders to align roadmaps with company objectives.
• Define product requirements and design new features and enhancements using a design-first, user-centered approach.
• Plan rollouts, evaluate opportunities, develop proposals, and present product insights to executives and internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from strategic planning through delivery while empowering cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Product Manager experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or HealthTech.
• Demonstrated expertise applying ML and AI to healthcare problems.
• Client-facing experience, including communication and presentations for large groups.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and customer-centric product skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, experience with globally distributed teams, and the ability to work East Coast hours.
