Senior Product Manager, Web Apps

Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates near Beacon HQ in Boston, Massachusetts, or another Beacon hub such as New York City

Salary: $160,000–$183,000 per year, plus equity, PTO, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and day-to-day product decisions for clinician- and clinical-site-facing web applications.
• Define quarterly plans, product requirements, and development milestones for the next generation of web applications.
• Balance diagnostic and clinical trial workflows, deciding where functionality should be shared or specialized.
• Coordinate the web experience with devices, data pipelines, machine-learning models, and related software products.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, machine-learning, clinical, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams.
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing, manage client-facing demos, and communicate progress, trade-offs, and risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years managing web-based software products.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with highly technical products such as data platforms, analytics products, or machine-learning-enabled applications.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, design, and non-technical stakeholders while balancing competing priorities.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech, and experience developing regulated software under design control, are strongly preferred.
• Experience designing for clinicians, clinical sites, or other expert users is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with software as a medical device or clinical trial systems, including IEC 62304.
• Experience designing for clinicians, clinical sites, or other expert users.
• Experience using AI-assisted drafting, analysis, and rapid prototyping tools.
