Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Louisville, KY, United States; hybrid role with 2–3 days in the office and a fixed 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday schedule in Eastern Time

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Guide in-flight products and capabilities that improve customer journeys and healthcare experiences.
• Partner with business, technology, design, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Use customer insights, data, and product practices to translate complex needs into practical product direction.
• Develop product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support story acceptance and lead acceptance testing to ensure delivered capabilities meet business and user needs.
• Build trust, improve collaboration, and influence decisions across multiple organizations.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of relevant product management experience, including experience bringing products or capabilities to market.
• Experience with lean product management, customer discovery, or human-centered design.
• Significant stakeholder management experience across business and technology organizations.
• Ability to translate customer, business, and technical needs into clear product direction.
• Familiarity with SDLC, agile methodologies, balanced teams, lean product management, or extreme programming concepts.
• Ability to work the required Eastern Time schedule and attend the office 2–3 days per week.
