Principal Product Manager (Healthcare Services)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; work-from-home options are available.

Salary: $146,200–$282,600 annually, depending on work location and job-related factors.

What you will do

• Identify healthcare workforce needs, market opportunities, and strategic growth areas.
• Lead customer discovery, concept validation, pilot programs, market testing, and commercialization.
• Define product vision, value propositions, roadmaps, pricing, packaging, positioning, and success metrics.
• Design scalable service offerings combining people, processes, and technology.
• Evaluate technology enablement opportunities, vendors, and build-versus-buy-versus-partner options.
• Lead complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Consulting, Innovation, Business Operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience launching and scaling new products, services, or business offerings.
• Experience combining operational services with technology-enabled experiences.
• Strong customer discovery, market validation, product strategy, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent executive communication and the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, workforce solutions, staffing, healthcare technology, or marketplace businesses.
• Experience taking offerings from concept through pilot and commercialization.
• Enterprise-scale transformation experience.
• MBA or equivalent advanced education and leadership experience.
