What you will do

• Define strategy and roadmaps for membership, login, identity resolution, and profile enrichment products.
• Drive growth in active users and session frequency through intelligent recognition features.
• Author clear product requirements, user stories, and prototypes for agile development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Editorial and Marketing to improve member activation and retention.
• Leverage AI and ML capabilities to enhance personalization, content recommendations, and fraud detection.
• Define KPIs and maintain dashboards to monitor product performance and justify strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytics skills including proficiency with SQL, BI tools, and experimentation frameworks.
• Proven product management experience for consumer or professional digital web and mobile products.
• Basic applied AI/ML experience regarding recommendation models, classification, or personalization.
• Excellent communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical marketing, or medical information domains.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tooling such as LLMs or feature stores.
• Background working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and identity resolution platforms.
• Experience with ad-driven commercial web products.
