What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and identify potential issues to prevent downtime and security risks.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain data security and compliance.
• Install and update software, patches, and security updates to keep systems secure and efficient.
• Perform regular data backups and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Respond to technical issues, support end users, and resolve hardware and software problems promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure management.
• Strong expertise in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, networks, and IT systems.
• Proven ability to implement security updates, manage user access controls, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Location: Must be based in Stamford, CT, United States
• English: B2 level or higher required
