What you will do

• Configure, install, and upgrade platform servers and systems software.
• Plan and execute backup and recovery procedures and monitor batch processes.
• Perform capacity planning, workload modeling, and predictive analyses to resolve performance and security issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure expected service levels are maintained.
• Troubleshoot and resolve root-cause issues within the production environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT operations.
• Proficiency in administering Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Experience supporting virtualized infrastructure (VMware preferred).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and system hardening.
• Must be able to provide onsite technical support in Nashville, TN.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux server administration.
• Familiarity with enterprise voice platforms.
