Business Analyst

TL;DR

Business Analyst: Analyzing and documenting business requirements for a US insurance Fortune 500 client with an accent on finance and insurance domains. Focus on creating detailed BA documentation, managing project boards, and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

Location: Remote

What you will do

• Set up and maintain BA processes across multiple sub-projects
• Create detailed requirements documentation including specifications, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes
• Communicate with product owners, end users, development team, and UI/UX designers to clarify requirements
• Serve as knowledge sharing link between dev team, product owners, and management
• Manage project boards ensuring accuracy and updates
• Conduct and moderate daily standups, planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating BA and technical documentation
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Competency in MS Excel and MS Visio
• English: B2 level fluency required
• Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge or interest in software testing
• Experience or desire to test web applications
