What you will do

  • Translate business and user needs into developer-oriented user stories and product specifications.
  • Document detailed acceptance criteria to guide developers and QA teams.
  • Manage team backlogs, defining and prioritizing epics and features using Agile methodologies.
  • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and meetings.
  • Perform acceptance testing of defined scopes and document bugs with clear reproduction steps.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, preferably for a SaaS product.
  • Must be based in Latin America.
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
  • Technical fluency to discuss architectural concepts and trade-offs with engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in a product context.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
