What you will do
- Build, execute, and optimize data-driven acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns for innovation projects.
- Use AI tools for content generation, personalization, segmentation, and creative optimization.
- Work directly with the CEO to launch and iterate founder-led innovation ideas.
- Develop creative briefs, landing pages, video scripts, and marketing assets; run A/B tests to improve conversion and ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, data, and content teams.
- Analyze performance data to identify scaling opportunities and improve funnel efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work remotely from the United Kingdom.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation.
- 5+ years of B2C growth marketing experience with funnel ownership and CRO.
- Experience marketing to US and global audiences.
- Proven ability to run high-velocity experiments and data-driven programs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior leadership.
