What you will do

  • Own the partner target map and build executive champions.
  • Create compelling narratives and close partner agreements.
  • Drive pilot programs to first revenue.
  • Establish a repeatable channel program.
  • Broadcast wins and enablement kits for partners.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in business development or partnerships in high-growth SaaS or healthtech.
  • Strong negotiation and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • High energy and resilience in ambiguous environments.
