Salary: $227,000 - $320,000 USD + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Define and own the acquisition product strategy and roadmaps aligned with user growth and monetization goals
• Lead AI-native acquisition tooling development with engineering and data science teams
• Oversee full-funnel optimization from external traffic to in-product activation
• Establish advanced measurement and attribution models for key metrics like CAC and LTV
• Drive a culture of rapid experimentation with rigorous A/B testing frameworks
• Manage financial strategy and collaborate with finance and business intelligence teams
• Develop AI-first creative systems for scalable ad asset prototyping
• Identify and validate new growth opportunities and integrate SEO strategy
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Los Angeles, Mountain View, New York City, or San Francisco, USA
• Experience: 7+ years in product management with proven consumer growth leadership
• Skills: Strategic accountability, technical and analytical rigor, customer obsession, and startup mindset
• Leadership: Ability to manage senior executives and cross-functional teams globally
• Education: Degree in quantitative field preferred (Ph.D., M.S., or Bachelors)
• English: Proficient English required
