Salary: $293,000 – $325,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with research, engineering, and policy teams to embed safety throughout the development and deployment of frontier AI models.
• Develop comprehensive frameworks for mitigating deployment safety risks using data analysis and adversarial assessments.
• Define strategic priorities and product roadmaps focused on improving deployment safety and managing emerging AI capabilities.
• Create scalable methodologies, tools, and processes for evaluating and continuously improving safety systems.
• Establish repeatable processes to integrate cutting-edge AI safety research into models and product offerings.
• Develop and refine actionable metrics to capture safety performance and user experience at scale.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Specific expertise in AI safety, trust & safety, or integrity domains.
• Strong background in cybersecurity.
• Experience driving consensus and action in ambiguous spaces.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively across functions.
• Interest in interdisciplinary fields such as HCI, psychology, or philosophy.
