Salary: $155,000-$195,000 USD

What you will do

• Work across React, TypeScript, Python, and Go to deliver full-stack product features driving growth and retention
• Build flexible experimentation systems targeting diverse growth metrics
• Participate in data-driven growth experiments across the user funnel from onboarding to monetization
• Design and ship onboarding features to accelerate time to value
• Build growth levers such as usage-based guardrails, upgrade triggers, and contextual CTAs
• Collaborate closely with product, design, GTM, and analytics teams to prioritize and execute growth opportunities

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in New York City, San Francisco, or Boston
• Extensive fullstack development experience with React, TypeScript, and Go and/or Python
• Strong product intuition with experience in monetization, pricing, or activation features
• Familiarity with usage metering, subscriptions, and pricing experiment tooling
• Comfortable with REST APIs, Postgres, Redis, and modern backend infrastructure
• Startup experience and ability to thrive in fast-paced zero-to-one environments

Nice to have

• Experience building for developers or product-led growth platforms
• Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI applications, or agentic frameworks
