Location: Hybrid (3 days in office in Kraków, Poland)

Salary: 20 000 PLN (monthly, starting from)

What you will do

• Lead and manage a fullstack team of 5 engineers, ensuring delivery of the product roadmap using agile practices.
• Be accountable for the quality of service in production and provide L3 support.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems using TypeScript, Java, Spring, and Maven.
• Implement Microservices-based solutions using AWS Lambdas and ECS containers, integrating with third-party APIs.
• Utilize Kafka for message queuing and streaming and work with DynamoDB for data management.
• Mentor junior developers and own complex changes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in application development.
• Proficiency in React Native, Java, Spring, TypeScript, microservice architecture, DynamoDB, and AWS cloud infrastructure (Lambdas, ECS, API Gateway, SAM, Terraform, Kinesis/MSK/SQS/S3/EKS).
• Proven track record of delivery using modern engineering practices and agile methodologies (pair programming, TDD, BDD).
• Experience with GitLab and expertise in developing/consuming RESTful web services.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineers and manage team performance.
• Hybrid working model requires 3 days in office in Kraków, Poland.
