What you will do

• Be the first Sales Development Representative for the Netherlands market and build the foundation for growth.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2B clients such as solar and heat pump installers.
• Utilize multiple channels including outbound calls, trade shows, and online platforms for customer acquisition.
• Drive company growth by identifying and strategizing new projects and partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to meet client needs effectively.

Requirements

• C2-level Dutch proficiency is required.
• Must be based on-site in Berlin.
• Strong knowledge of SMB software sales in startups or scale-ups.
• Knowledge of Netherlands sales and go-to-market dynamics.
• Passion for innovation in renewable energy.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills.
