What you will do
- Be the primary contact for B2B customers such as solar installers and utilities in Brazil
- Leverage customer feedback to improve software in collaboration with the development team
- Continuously enhance customer experience and streamline processes
- Identify upselling opportunities and potential partnerships
- Strategically plan and implement projects to drive company growth and innovation
Requirements
- Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil
- C2-level Portuguese proficiency required
- Experience in B2B customer service or success with direct customer engagement
- Technical background, preferably in industrial engineering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English
- Motivation to drive change in renewable energy
Nice to have
- Experience in startup ecosystem
- Degree in economics, engineering, or related field
