What you will do

• Lead design of scalable, reliable, and maintainable system architectures
• Write and review production-grade code maintaining high quality standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers without direct line management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design pragmatic technical solutions
• Identify and address technical debt through refactoring and improvements
• Monitor system performance and ensure strong observability and incident response

Requirements

• Fluent English required
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects and engineering direction
• Deep expertise in system architecture, distributed systems, and software design patterns
• Advanced programming skills in at least one language
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL data stores
