What you will do
- Lead design of scalable, reliable, and maintainable system architectures
- Write and review production-grade code maintaining high quality standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers without direct line management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design pragmatic technical solutions
- Identify and address technical debt through refactoring and improvements
- Monitor system performance and ensure strong observability and incident response
Requirements
- Fluent English required
- Proven experience leading complex technical projects and engineering direction
- Deep expertise in system architecture, distributed systems, and software design patterns
- Advanced programming skills in at least one language
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL data stores
