What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain ESG technology applications and services.
• Build cloud-based, data-driven solutions using modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and product owners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues following established procedures.
• Contribute to documentation, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
• Provide informal guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Experience with React, Springboot, or Python.
• Proficiency in microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and Agile development.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services, LLMs, or AI-powered APIs.
• Must be able to work from the office in Henley-on-Thames at least 4 days per week.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
