Senior Product Manager II (AI)

Senior Product Manager II (Cloud Platform): Leading the productization of internal platforms into durable services focusing on customer trust, enterprise adoption, and developer experience. Focus on turning complex systems into clear, managed services and supporting enterprise adoption through security reviews and customer eschirify.globals.

Location: Hybrid in Redwood City, CA. Local candidates only. No relocation. Must work onsite 2x per week in our Redwood City, CA office.

Salary: $190,631.00 - $257,352.00

What you will do

• Lead the Zero Data initiative to enable customers to use the product without data leaving their network.
• Clarify and validate customer requirements to identify real blockers and secure commitments.
• Productize internal platforms into documented, spec-first services with clear APIs and release notes.
• Communicate complexity simply through diagrams, service definitions, and security packets.
• Support enterprise adoption by partnering with Sales and Product Marketing to navigate security reviews and pricing/packaging.

Requirements

• Experience building or PM’ing technical products such as platforms, APIs, infra, developer tools, or security-sensitive features.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure concepts including containers, networking, observability, and k8s.
• Experience working closely with engineers and architects to author specs, APIs, or architecture diagrams.
• Experience navigating tough enterprise conversations around security, compliance, or data residency.
• Ability to make complex systems understandable to executives, sellers, and customers.

Nice to have

• An architecture diagram or spec you authored, and how it guided decisions.
• A time you defined an interface or API and managed versioning/release notes.
• A customer or internal situation where you pushed back, uncovered the real need, and changed the plan.
• Experience accelerating enterprise security reviews or migrations through clarity and documentation.
