What you will do
- Develop, execute, and optimize retention and winback campaigns across lifecycle channels.
- Lead test-and-learn initiatives to validate new strategies and creative approaches.
- Design and evolve loyalty and engagement programs to increase customer lifetime value.
- Partner with Data and Analytics to measure and act on campaign performance and ROI.
- Use segmentation and behavioral insights to deliver personalized patient experiences at scale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the end-to-end customer journey and ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Technical fluency in CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with passion for improving patient outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries like healthcare, pharma, or fintech.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Google BigQuery, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
