What you will do

• Journey design mapping of key journeys from prospect to client engagement across the funnel
• Testing and optimisation of messaging for greater engagement
• Planning, design and production of emails
• Incident management and migration communications
• Prospect lead nurturing
• Interface with Revenue Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, Account Management and Partnerships

Requirements

• Design thinking led journey mapping
• Super cross-functional collaborator
• Creative production coordination from planning to production to reporting
• Technically capable to run own production (design, test, produce)
• Process minded but delivery driven
• Experience with large data sets and cross-functional projects
