What you will do

• Manage client software integrations, ensuring smooth setup, updates, and maintenance
• Serve as main client contact during integration, providing timely support and resolving technical issues
• Guide clients using API documentation and tools like Postman for testing and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal development teams to solve complex technical challenges
• Keep clients informed on integration progress and address concerns

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency required, Russian is a plus
• At least 1 year experience in technical support or client-facing IT/marketing roles
• Strong expertise in API management, Postman, and system integrations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay updated with evolving technologies
