What you will do

• Serve as the main contact for project partners across all phases from tender participation to implementation and business relationship management.
• Lead diverse project teams, moderate high-level meetings, and present complex IT topics to various audiences.
• Prioritize and communicate partner and stakeholder requirements to Product and Engineering teams.
• Plan and drive IT projects end-to-end using both Agile and classic methodologies.
• Maintain project timelines and documentation, ensuring consistent quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager for 4+ years.
• Experience with common tech stack such as Jira, Confluence.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying information to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills for mutually beneficial agreements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including managing expectations and building trust.
• High adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• English: Upper-Intermediate and above (B2+).
