What you will do
- Serve as the trusted advisor and primary post-sale contact for strategic government departments in Canberra.
- Drive adoption and utilization of capabilities across assigned accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and ensure client renewals and retention.
- Coordinate value communication and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results.
- Manage escalations and ensure flawless delivery across multiple functional areas.
- Visit client locations regularly to maintain satisfaction and promote contract renewal.
Requirements
- Must have Australian Government Security Clearance.
- 6+ years managing complex government customers with strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional APAC languages are a plus.
- Experience working with executives, procurement, and business owners in client environments.
- Technical understanding of cloud concepts and APM technologies including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and globally distributed environments.

- Sales methodology certifications such as Miller Heiman, Challenger, or LAMP.
