What you will do

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary post-sale contact for strategic government departments in Canberra.
  • Drive adoption and utilization of hirify.global capabilities across assigned accounts.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and ensure client renewals and retention.
  • Coordinate value communication and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results.
  • Manage escalations and ensure flawless delivery across multiple functional areas.
  • Visit client locations regularly to maintain satisfaction and promote contract renewal.

Requirements

  • Must have Australian Government Security Clearance.
  • 6+ years managing complex government customers with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional APAC languages are a plus.
  • Experience working with executives, procurement, and business owners in client environments.
  • Technical understanding of cloud concepts and APM technologies including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and globally distributed environments.

  • Sales methodology certifications such as Miller Heiman, Challenger, or LAMP.
