What you will do

  • Manage the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and day-to-day engagement.
  • Act as a primary advocate for assigned customers, leveraging data to drive growth and value.
  • Lead frequent customer meetings and quarterly business reviews based on proactive data analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and negotiate contract renewals.
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback and risk to Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
  • Innovate processes to improve customer engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • Must have long-term and full-time working rights in Australia.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or a similar analytical, customer-facing role.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on follow-through.

Nice to have

  • Retail industry knowledge.
  • Prior experience in customer service positions.
  • Experience in cross-team communication.
