What you will do
- Drive platform adoption and value realization for federal, state, and local government customers.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships to align capabilities with mission and cybersecurity mandates.
- Facilitate Executive Business Reviews to define objectives and develop long-term success plans.
- Collaborate with internal support, product, and engineering teams to resolve customer issues and drive solution development.
- Perform proactive health checks and manage account risks to ensure world-class retention and expansion.
- Maintain accurate account data and artifacts in systems like Salesforce and Gainsight.
Requirements
- Must hold NV1 security clearance or higher.
- Must be located in Canberra, ACT or within commutable distance.
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services.
- Proven experience working with Australian Federal Government agencies.
- Strong consulting and project management skills with a focus on strategic relationship building.
- Working knowledge of endpoint technology and CIO-level business outcomes.
Nice to have
- Certified Operator certification.
- Technical background in IT infrastructure or security.
