What you will do
- Develop and execute structured Customer Success Plans (CSPs) to maximize product adoption and retention.
- Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for assigned enterprise and global accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and troubleshooting.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand 's footprint within customer organizations.
- Monitor customer health metrics and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess progress.
- Support customer knowledge advancement through coordination with Training & Enablement teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a CSM or Software Sales role within the Australia region.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Proven experience collaborating with senior IT and business leaders.
- Strong background in post-sales customer advocacy and engagement.
- Knowledge of IT and Open Source markets and solutions.
- Ability to meet targets and goals consistently.
