What you will do
- Hire, onboard, and mentor a top-tier team of designated support engineers.
- Identify and operationalize process improvements to meet or exceed performance KPIs.
- Partner with field, engineering, and product teams to ensure a seamless post-sales experience.
- Advocate for customer needs and contribute to program enhancements.
- Coordinate execution across accounts and regional leadership to resolve technical blockers.
- Conduct internal and external support experience QBRs.
Requirements
- Proven ability to hire and scale high-performing support or field teams.
- 5+ years of technical experience in Python, Java, Scala, SQL, Linux/Unix, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- 5+ years of technical support or field leadership experience managing global teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Field Engineering, and Product Management.
- Ability to influence senior executives and customer leaders.
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field.
