What you will do
- Execute territory plans to maximize revenue within a broad regional account pool.
- Manage 0-2 existing customers and engage 35-40 prospects to drive new logo acquisition.
- Consult with VP and C-level executives to develop enterprise-wide strategies.
- Generate market velocity through product demos, events, and account initiatives.
- Develop contact networks within accounts and channel partners for broad sales coverage.
- Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing, legal, and finance to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Successful track record in enterprise software sales at executive levels.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and compress decision timelines.
- Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience building territory plans and leveraging sales ecosystems.
- Motivated self-starter with high performance against quota and VP/C-level relationships.
- Familiarity with observability and modern application markets.
