What you will do

  • Manage 2 to 4 existing enterprise accounts and nurture relationships within MOD and defence sectors.
  • Engage with 10+ potential customers to introduce and convert them to hirify.global solutions.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize revenue and expand hirify.global usage.
  • Consult with VP and C-level executives to implement enterprise-wide strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and partners to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure successful customer implementations and ongoing account growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise software sales with a successful track record at executive levels.
  • Experience selling into MOD or defence contractors.
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and compress decision timelines.
  • Motivated self-starter with high performance against quotas and familiarity with MEDDPIC.
  • Knowledge of observability and modern application markets.
