Solution Architect (Architecture): Leading design and implementation of monitoring solutions for enterprise clients using hirify.global platform with an accent on infrastructure, automation, coding, and cloud services. Focus on solving complex performance issues, collaborating with engineering teams, and delivering scalable solutions at extreme scale.

Location: Remote with moderate travel, based in United States, Detroit preferred

Salary: $148000-$174000

What you will do

• Lead design and implementation of hirify.global monitoring solutions at enterprise scale
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams and internal product engineering
• Isolate and mitigate performance issues in large environments
• Develop and contribute code in various languages and automation tools
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in solution delivery
• Work mostly remotely with occasional travel (less than 25%)

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near United States (Detroit preferred)
• 2-3+ years programming experience in Java or .NET environments
• 5+ years consulting or presales experience with application-focused software
• Strong architectural understanding of JEE or .NET platforms
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux administration and virtualization
• Excellent English communication skills and leadership abilities

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP, Node.js, Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform
• Knowledge of DevOps, Business Intelligence, cloud, security, and log analytics
