Integration Manager (Fraud Prevention)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada; candidates must maintain a home base in the country of hire.

US estimated base salary: $125,000–$210,000 annually. Canada estimated base salary: CA$140,000–CA$250,000 annually. Equity and a 10% bonus may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead implementation and integration projects for fraud and compliance products.
• Support clients throughout onboarding and provide end-to-end technical guidance.
• Own API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements and design scalable solutions using Sardine products.
• Manage project timelines, quality, risks, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate product insights to internal teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects through completion.
• Advanced SQL querying and JSON payload analysis experience.
• Experience with OpenAPI specifications, web development, scripting, and tools or languages such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, and Postman.
