Senior Specialist - Partner Integrations - New Verticals

Location: United States - Remote, with options in New York, San Francisco, Phoenix, Seattle, or Boston

Salary: $100,000–$138,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Own the success of New Verticals partner integrations and guide partners through integration builds.
• Act as a technical account manager for third-party integrations, supporting onboarding and implementation.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate integration blockers while communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate technical requirements into clear business solutions aligned with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, contractors, and business stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Use merchant insights and data analysis to improve products, processes, documentation, and the integrations roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts into business solutions.
• Technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
• Hands-on SQL experience for troubleshooting and self-service analysis.
• Experience in project or program management and maintaining or enhancing operational processes.
• Successful collaboration with external partners and cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in grocery or alcohol e-commerce.
• Active use of AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving.
