Software Engineering Team Lead

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, resources, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering standards.
• Contribute to scalable, performant, and maintainable software architecture and design.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA on project goals and requirements.
• Improve development processes, tools, methodologies, documentation, and code quality.

Requirements

• Proven software engineering experience with a strong record of successful development projects.
• Strong expertise in .NET or equivalent technologies, microservices, and synchronous and asynchronous communication.
• Leadership and project management experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, architecture, scalability, Agile methodologies, and development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, version control, and project management skills.
