Manager of Infrastructure and DevOps (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the DevOps and Infrastructure teams supporting the development, deployment, and operation of the platform.
• Maintain the availability, scalability, and reliability of staging and production environments.
• Enforce CI/CD testing and review practices to reduce release-related production issues.
• Improve staging and product availability through resilient infrastructure and disaster recovery procedures.
• Accelerate CI/CD pipelines and reduce deployment lead time.
• Build, hire, coach, and develop distributed engineering teams across regions and time zones.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading teams in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
• At least 5 years of DevOps and SRE experience with high-RPS distributed products.
• Hands-on experience building complex CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and applying deployment strategies.
• Experience creating secure development environments and scalable cloud applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Data-driven decision-making and the ability to justify decisions with concrete metrics.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with neighboring teams and establishing cross-team agreements.
