Engineering Lead (Digital Assets & AI) (Blockchain/Agentic AI): Coordinating engineering standards and scalable delivery across digital asset and AI initiatives with an accent on architectural coherence, Agentic AI governance, and secure blockchain integrations. Focus on designing production-grade distributed systems, standardizing AI agent orchestration, validating smart contract architectures, and managing technical risks in regulated environments.

What you will do
- Coordinate Architecture, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Security, AI/Data, and QA technical leads across projects.
- Define engineering standards, select tooling, and maintain architectural consistency.
- Standardize AI frameworks, orchestration layers, Agentic AI design patterns, governance, traceability, explainability, compliance, and monitoring.
- Guide scalable blockchain integrations, smart contract architecture, distributed systems, and DevSecOps practices for regulated environments.
- Partner with Product and Delivery leads on engineering planning, technical risk mitigation, and delivery quality.
- Define engineering KPIs and lead automation, AI-assisted productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Location: based in Poland for the remote role.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience and 3–5+ years in senior technical leadership roles.
- Strong experience with cloud-native architectures across Azure, AWS, or GCP; distributed systems, microservices, DevSecOps, and scalable production systems.
- Experience with blockchain platforms, smart contracts, distributed ledgers, secure transaction systems, regulated environments, and DeFi.
- Experience with LLM architectures, agent-based and multi-agent systems, AI observability, governance, MLOps, CI/CD, automation, IaC, monitoring, performance, quality tooling, and testing frameworks.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Canton and EVM-based chains.
- Knowledge of tokenization, custody, or the digital asset lifecycle.
