What you will do

  • Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with finance leaders across Europe.
  • Run multi-channel outbound campaigns using Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism.
  • Engage in frequent phone communication with CFOs and finance leaders.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified meetings and learn closing techniques.
  • Shape outreach playbooks and experiment with messaging and cadences.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and activity logs.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom
  • 1–2 years experience in outbound SDR or BDR roles, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
  • Experience with Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and CRMs like Attio, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Strong communication skills, especially on the phone.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and data-driven approach.
  • Bonus: experience in foreign exchange, payments, or financial services.
