What you will do

• Become a product expert on Street.co.uk across sales, lettings management, and accounting.
• Conduct face-to-face demos and training sessions for new clients nationwide.
• Plan and coordinate client visits and training schedules.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and support.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to improve training content.
• Identify and communicate client feedback and feature requests.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Manchester, UK.
• Background in lettings accounting, property management, or estate agency.
• Strong interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new products.
• Confident and enthusiastic presenter with excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to client sites, including overnight stays.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong stakeholder management skills.
