Location: Remote with travel for assessments, must be based in the UK
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

What you will do
- Manage an assigned caseload to ensure all stages of the assessment journey are completed timely and to standard.
- Deliver fair, unbiased, and consistent assessment services to apprentices and employers.
- Produce accurate assessment feedback and written reports to validate decisions.
- Perform internal quality assurance (IQA) and lead moderation and standardisation activities.
- Support the training and development of freelance associate assessors.
- Contribute to the review and growth of new assessment materials and learning resources.
Requirements
- Assessor qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA, or equivalent).
- Internal Quality Assurance qualification (D34, V1, or equivalent).
- Childcare qualification Level 3 or above.
- Recent experience in classroom-based practice and childcare settings.
- Minimum 2 years’ competence-based interviewing experience within the last 5 years.
- Must have access to own transport and be willing to travel as the business requires within the UK.
Nice to have
- Experience assessing Specialist Teaching Assistant or Learning and Skills Teacher levels.
- Experience with Early Years Lead Practitioner or Children & Young People Practitioner standards.
