What you will do

• Design and deliver structured onboarding and capability programmes for pharmacy operations.
• Create engaging learning materials and e-learning content based on operational best practices.
• Conduct skills assessments and provide one-to-one coaching to identify and bridge development gaps.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate performance requirements and SOPs into practical training.
• Monitor training effectiveness using data and feedback to iterate and improve programmes.
• Champion a learning-focused culture and embed operational excellence frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in L&D or operational enablement within regulated environments such as healthcare or logistics.
• Strong understanding of process design, SOPs, and performance management in fast-paced operations.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data to drive measurable improvements.
• Proficiency with digital tools, e-learning platforms, and G-Suite.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Winnersh, UK.
