What you will do

• Organize and manage EQA activities and arrangements for assigned centres.
• Provide formal and informal feedback, advice, and guidance to a portfolio of centres.
• Handle centre recognition and qualification approval processes for onboarding.
• Liaise between Operations, Business Development, and Service teams on EQA matters.
• Support investigations into potential malpractice and maladministration.
• Respond to enquiries according to SLAs and maintain accurate data management.
